The role
- Lead identity projects from concept to handover, working closely with the founders
- Build flexible design systems and the templates clients use every day
- Mentor a junior designer and help shape how the studio works
About you
- Five or more years of identity design experience
- A portfolio that shows systems, not just logos
- Comfortable presenting to clients in English, with Dutch as a bonus
